    2. Calculate the minimum price a firm will need to charge in a PPA to make a profit, given a discount rate, SREC price and other factors.
    3. Evaluate a power purchase agreement from both the customer and firm cash flows.
  7. Create a solar sales proposal.
    1. Calculate internal rate of return, simple payback, simple return on investment, net present value, discount rate, cash flow, and life cycle cost.
    2. Analyze the impact of financing options on the economics of a solar proposal, including home equity loans, consumer loans, and utility loans.
    3. Provide a simplified system conceptual design.
    4. Analyze the non-financial benefits of the proposal, including greenhouse gas emissions avoidance and associated environmental metrics and benefits.
    5. Present a client with three options to finance a solar system, with a purchase, finance, and power purchase agreement.

90-100 = A
