MAT 162 Statistical Reasoning
Statistical Reasoning is organized around broad statistical concepts with statistical literacy and thinking as the primary themes. Students are expected to actively do statistics which includes analyzing data, constructing and testing hypotheses, solving problems, reflecting on work, and making connections. This is a first course in statistics intended specifically for students in nursing and allied health, but is appropriate for any student whose college and career paths require knowledge of the fundamentals of the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.
